Endless fun was had by Jed and Mia during their Mom and Dad’s maternity shoot at Delta Park. We all watched with hilarity as they jumped like little deer through the long grass to explore and play. We had to keep calling them back to get into the shots, just for the amusement value.
These two Jack Russells are the light of their parents lives so it was a given that they’d be included in the maternity shoot, I had to keep reminding everyone (mostly for my own benefit so I didn’t get totally carried away) that we also needed to focus on the bump not just the dogs…..
The bump is due to hatch in February and as you can see from this shot, I have some photo shopping to do on the final images to remove the dogs that had photo bombed on Mom’s dress (see, all about the dogs).
Mom’s sister had come along to the shoot to assist with the dogs so that we could get shots without having to keep an eye on them. I always recommend having an extra pair of hands for a dog shoot, especially with multiple dogs, it makes life much easier.
We invited the dogs back for some final portraits, they were slightly more compliant after a good dash around, and even managed to get a couple of nicely posed shots.
Jed and Mia should hopefully be well prepped now for their baby sister’s newborn shoot.
