Commercial dog photography for Gizzls – Cape Town
It’s always fun to be commissioned to shoot images for my own dogs’ favourite treat brand! When the Gizzls team asked me to shoot some fun lifestyle shot for their social media and website, I was there with bells on.
With the help of a collection of fabulous dogs, we worked for the day at Rondebosch studios in Cape Town to create a series of shots that encapsulate the Gizzls brand.
The Gizzls range includes CBD oils & treats, a Botanicals range (which was the focus of the shoot) as well as a set of everyday treats. Excitingly, these images will be on their UK platforms as well as the South African website.
As anyone who has animals will know, you can’t always get what you want when it comes to specific shots. We had a list of ideal shots we wanted to get from the shoot and amazingly, thanks to some incredibly obedient dogs (and a steady supply of product) we pretty much achieved them.

Then we had some fun with peanut butter.
