Maternity & Newborn Photography Package for people whose dogs are family
Meet Noel the Maltese and his humans. We got together when Mom was expecting his baby sister and then again once she’d arrived.
Noel is a very pampered dog, and he insisted on being in all the maternity shoot portraits as well as most of the newborn pics, although he was still sussing his new sister out so we made sure he was able to leave the room if he wanted.
He didn’t.
Mid winter made the maternity shoot a mostly indoor affair and we braved the chilly outdoors for a few photos at the park. Noel made sure he was dressed appropriately for the occasion.
Ten days after the human baby arrived, I went through to Noel’s home for her newborn shoot.
Despite how it may look, this little lady gave us all a run for our money and we had to wait a while before she was chilled out enough to be on her own for some photos.
She was, however, very happy to be held and photographed.
And momentarily placed on this super cute sheep blanket.
Until it was time to be picked up again.
Noel also wanted to be held. The humans must remember who was the first baby to arrive in the house.
I think it’s safe to say that they are going to be firm friends.
