Timeless family portraits captured in the Centurion studio.
You might recognise this family. They are frequently featured in my portfolio. I’ve known Mom for 27 years; we met at school in the UK when we were 11 (now I’m giving my age away) and we’ve been firm friends ever since.
The whole team gets photographed by me quite often. I have documented the family expansion since 2010 and I could probably fill my website with all the photographs I’ve taken (thankfully not necessary, their walls host my work instead).
We snuck in a few headshots in between family pics. Mom needed some up to date pics for work.
Then I got back to the business of boy photography which involved silly noises and questionable rhymes to get them giggling.
I love capturing happy shots when I photograph children. As soon as they become aware of being photographed, kids generally have a ‘cheese’ face perfected. The challenge is to create genuine smiles.
Apparently quite easy, all that I had to do was make fart noises.
You’ll notice an absence of dogs in this shoot, I’m hoping that problem gets amended very soon, no pressure fam.
